Kernersville is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Kernersville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. I brought my trailer in to have air bags replaced. The final bill was $578.03, including $185.48 for air bags and $330 for 2 hours of labor. I asked if they could lower the price because the total seemed very high. I was told that they do not lower their prices. After reviewing the invoice and checking the repair afterward, I also noticed that I was charged $26 for an β€œair spring fitting.” However, the fitting was not actually replaced or used as part of the repair. I understand that every repair shop has its own pricing, but accurate billing, transparent pricing, and trust are extremely important for truck drivers and owner-operators. To other truck drivers and owner-operators: please carefully review your invoice and make sure you are only being charged for parts that were actually installed. I also recommend asking for the total price and labor rate before authorizing any repair. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I would NOT recommend this shop to any truck driver. My experience with them was extremely frustrating and expensive. My truck broke down because of bad DEF that I got from a truck stop. I called this shop for help, and they charged me for the initial service call, which I had no problem paying. They told me they needed to clean the DEF system. After the work was done, the problem was still not fixed and the warning light stayed on. They later called me and told me the truck would need to go to Freightliner to have the computer changed. I contacted my own mechanic, and he told me he could fix the problem. I then called the shop, told them I wanted to pay my bill, and asked them to leave the truck outside the gate so my mechanic could pick it up. They told me they would charge another service call plus a two-hour minimum labor charge to do that. I told them NO and said I would come personally the next day to pick up the truck instead. When I arrived the next day, I looked at my bill and saw they had charged me anyway: $95 service call + $370 for two hours of labor, plus tax. I told them I had specifically said I did not agree to those charges. Their response was basically that i

Truck loss air pressure rolling through Salisbury half past noon and I had to pull off onto the exit at mile marker 82. Long story short, I wished I'd called Big Will out the gate. They were my last resort and I regret that, but they came through in the clutch on an air discharge hose that'd frayed. I made other calls beforehand, but after several failed attempts, I contacted Big Will's. Customer service was pleasant and respectful. Service tech was knowledgeable. They were out within an hour and the tech went to work. I appreciated the safety gear used as well as it was dark. He made sure vehicles gave enough space by using lighted reflectors. Tech also pointed out a problem with my brake chamber that he'd corrected while working on the discharge line. As Owner Operators, time is money. Big Will's made the downtime spent worth the money because they delivered. Full stop!

Big wills came out to my truck and trailer accident. There were damages and they had a mechanic fix it road side. The towing team worked quickly and efficiently. Reasonable price and good staff.

The company, mechanic on the roadside repair was very straight forward, thorough on diagnosing the issue, friendly, and communicative showing the damages or what needed repair explaining the process briefly. This Company does the whole Nine Yards from towing, owning a large shop, and 24/7 roadside service. The number one thing is they were fast at reaching me. I highly recommend Bills Wills Truck Shop
